Tris-(2-chloropropyl) phosphate is one of the most widely used flame retardants in polyurethane foam, textiles, and plastics — and for years, the supply chain ran almost entirely through China, carrying significant anti-dumping duty exposure along with it.
Neuchem was among the first distributors in North America to source TCPP manufactured in India. That means a legitimate alternative country of origin, cleaner duty exposure, and real cost savings — not just a line item improvement, but a structural supply chain advantage.
We stock TCPP across North American warehouses and ship in drums, IBC totes, and ISO tanks. Thirty years of supplier relationships gives us the consistency and pricing leverage to be competitive on every order, large or small.

Tris-(2-chloropropyl) phosphate
Description
Tris-(2-chloropropyl) phosphate (TCPP) is a chlorinated organophosphate ester commonly supplied as a clear to pale yellow liquid with low volatility and good thermal stability. It is a mixture of isomers derived from the esterification of phosphoric acid with chlorinated propanols.
TCPP's balanced viscosity and stability make it suitable for incorporation into formulations where consistent processing and long-term performance are required.
