Description
Triethanolamine (TEA) is a viscous, water-soluble liquid with three hydroxyl groups and one tertiary amine. This multifunctional molecule is used as a neutralizing agent, emulsifier, and surfactant in a wide range of industrial and consumer products. TEA is commonly employed in metalworking fluids, cement grinding aids, and gas treating systems.
