Sodium Persulfate
Description
Sodium Persulfate is a white, crystalline, inorganic compound with strong oxidizing properties. It is commonly used as a powerful initiator for the polymerization of monomers such as acrylonitrile, styrene, and butadiene, making it essential in the production of synthetic rubber, latex, and emulsions.
Due to its high stability and solubility in water, Sodium Persulfate is also widely applied in oxidative cleaning, etching of printed circuit boards, and as a bleaching agent in the cosmetics and textile industries.
