Neuchem was founded in 1993 with their headquarters at Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Neuchem has enjoyed 15 consecutive years of growth, and recently opened a branch office in San Francisco, California.

Neuchem is family owned and operated.  Our personal and professional reputations are linked.  We work hard to satisfy our customers and forge strong supplier relationships because our family name is on the line.

In 1993, Irwin Neulight founded Neuchem Inc., an importer and distributor of industrial chemical products. Capitalizing on extensive industry knowledge, long-standing relationships, and a proven reputation for honesty, integrity and reliability, Neuchem has enjoyed continuous growth and looks forward to many more years of success.

Irwin Neulight has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MBA International Business from Baruch College CCNY. Irwin launched his career in international chemical distribution and trading at Union Carbide Corp. Subsequent positions at multinational companies include VP, Steuber Company Inc.; Director of Chemical Distribution Marketing, Mitsui & Co. (USA) Inc.; President, Klockner Chemical Inc. and President, Harrisons Trading Inc.

Marc joined Neuchem in 2006 to develop and manage new customer and supplier relationships for an expanded product offering.  He is located at Neuchem’s San Francisco, California office.

Marc graduated from Emory University with a degree in International Studies and French.  He earned his MBA at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. Marc brings to Neuchem a background in finance, accounting, business development and technology.  Marc’s extensive experience living and working overseas and fluency in Spanish, French and Portuguese facilitate developing and maintaining cross-cultural relationships with overseas suppliers.
