APPLICATION
Used as a buffering agent, sequestrant, and emulsifier in dairy products. It is used in coffee creamer, cheeses, evaporated milk, and meat processing. Used as nutrient in microorganism cultures to produce antibiotics, and as a buffering agent in certain pharmaceuticals. Also fertilizer and used in pesticide products intended to control fungal diseases.
